Important Information

The initial visit is a consultation only. Under no circumstance will the procedure be done at the same time as the initial consultation.
Please note that Dr. Nicola is a family physician with additional training in dermatology and minor procedures, and not a dermatologist nor surgeon.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please advise our clinic by phone or email at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will incur no-show fees that must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
Please note that masks are mandatory in our medical clinic.
Please make sure you bring your valid Ontario Health Card with you at every appointment.
If you take medications, please make sure you bring an accurate and current medication list with you at every appointment.
You will be required to removed your outdoor shoes/boots upon entering the clinic, no exceptions, so please dress accordingly. You can use the indoor slippers provided at the door. Please return them in the bin once finished.

If you cannot follow these rules, you will not be seen at the clinic.
